Prosource.IT measures annual staff retention, subject to each head meeting the following criteria:
Been with the company for longer than 3 months. Listed as compliant with Prosource.IT policy. Not subject to any disciplinary action (including dismissal) at time of departure. Must be staff as opposed to contract. Must not have retired. Must not have opted for career change outside of IT industry. We do not count personnel who have switched from a staff position within the company to a contract position within the company, unless they later leave the company altogether. On this basis the company's annual staff retention has fluctuated between 95% and 100%. However, even including all the exclusions into account, annual staff retention has always been exceeded 85%. These figures take in the entire lifespan of the company from 1994 - to date. This is an outstanding achievement for a business operating in the IT sector at this time. |
